Dr. Laursen provides complete Life-Health evaluations, providing suggestions for immediate and long-term preventative health. Dr. Laursen provides suggestions for specific laboratory and imaging testing.
Therapies are recommended using food therapy, nutrient therapy, herbal therapy, lifestyle change therapy, prescription therapy and homeopathic therapy – as deemed appropriate to your unique and individual condition.

Contact Dr. Laursen’s office to arrange payment, prior to submitting forms.
Detailed information about your health conditions is obtained through your diligent completion of these health questions. These forms consist of:

Additionally, you should submit any recent laboratory tests or imaging studies that you have already obtained.
Physical Examinations – Dr. Laursen requires that you provide a physical exam from an MD or DO performed sometime in the last 6 months.
Step 3
- After Dr. Laursen reviews your submitted information, an interview time will be arranged for Dr. Laursen to call you regarding further clarifying questions.
- You will then receive a detailed suggestion list for your immediate and long term, life health evaluation via U.S. mail.

- A follow-up telephone conversation with Dr. Laursen will be scheduled to discuss additional suggestions, supplementation, potential therapies, and more…
